The Haleakala Sunset infusion pairs beautifully with rum, but this blend is very versatile, so you can try it with Vodka, Gin, or Tequila. It also makes an incredible Hawaiian mocktail. When infused, these ingredients create a vibrant, fruity spirit that works beautifully in spritzes, shaken cocktails, or simple over-ice pours.
The bright citrus blend of pineapple, orange, lemon, and lilikoi (passionfruit) are balanced with the smoothness of the coconut to create a perfectly balanced cocktail.
Simple Preparation (8-10 servings): Add 16-20oz of your preferred spirit and steep for 1-3 days.
Our favorite way to serve (but not the only way)
2 oz Haleakala Sunset Infused Rum
(Aged, white or even spiced rum will work beautifully)
Pour over crushed or cubed ice
Top with sparkling water, add a squeeze of fresh lemon, stir and garnish with a slice of orange or pineapple
